Scope of Services Policy (Non-Medical)
Caregivers may provide:
- Companionship
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Transportation & errands
- Medication reminders (no administration)
- Respite care
Caregivers may NOT provide:
- Medical care
- Medication administration
- Clinical assessments
Abuse, Neglect & Incident Reporting
- Zero-tolerance policy
- Immediate reporting to management
- Mandatory reporting per Florida law
- Incident documentation within 24 hours
Emergency Procedures
- Call 911 when necessary
- Notify supervisor and family

Service Hours & Scheduling
We offer flexible scheduling based on client needs, including part-time, full-time, and respite care services.
- Services must be scheduled in advance
- Any schedule changes require at least 24–48 hours notice
- We will do our best to accommodate emergency requests
Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
- Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee
- No-call/no-show clients may be charged for the scheduled shift
Payment Policy (Private Pay ONLY)
- All services are private pay unless otherwise arranged
- Payment is due:
- Before services begin or
- Weekly (depending on your setup)
Accepted payments may include:
- Debit/Credit cards
- Zelle / Apple Pay / other methods (your choice)
